Refund Policy

1. Eligible for Refund

• ✓Before consultation begins: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• ✓Practitioner absence: If Master Zhang is unable to attend due to force majeure, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• ✓Technical failure: If a platform outage prevents the session from taking place, you are entitled to a full refund or reschedule.
• ✓Courses not accessed: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if course content has not been accessed.

2. Not Eligible for Refund

• ✗Consultations that have already been completed
• ✗Courses where content has already been accessed
• ✗Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session (please contact us in advance for urgent situations)
• ✗Dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes — metaphysical consultations are personal experiences; interpretations are inherently subjective

3. Refund Process

1. Contact us via the details below with your order reference and reason for the refund request
2. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
4. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–14 business days depending on your card issuer

4. EU Consumer Rights — 14-Day Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital courses.

The 14-day withdrawal right ends when:

• ▸Digital courses: You explicitly request and consent to immediate access to course content at checkout, waiving your withdrawal right (Directive Art. 16(m)). Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation; the cooling-off period no longer applies.
• ▸One-on-one consultations: Personalised services (Directive Art. 16(c)) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once the appointment is confirmed.

If you purchase a digital course without requesting immediate access, your full 14-day withdrawal right is preserved. You may request a full refund within that period without giving a reason — email yishao.zhang@163.com.
